    Description:

    Carbocrylic 1295 HS is a high solids topcoat with good weathering capabilities. Offers a glossy, smooth, hard finish that is easy cleanable. One coat application capable.

    Description:

    A single component, water-based temporary coating that is spray applied over a wide range of substrates, ferrous, non-ferrous or previously painted, to form a non-tacky protective layer. It provides excellent short term protection against contaminants as a holding primer or from overspray of other coating including fireproofing products.

    Description:

    Carboglas 1590 system provides excellent resistance to numerous petroleum products and other liquids. Cures to a tough, abrasion resistant film. 250 microns Carboglas 1590 contain 60 layers of glassflake, making the film very resistant to penetration in aggressive environments.

    Description:

    This extremely durable and chemically resistant cladding utilizes a multi-step curing process that incorporates chemically-fused glass flake reinforcing in a highly cross-linked polyester matrix. The resultant layer is an extremely durable barrier against a variety of exposures including marine, fresh water, salt water, both mineral and organic acids, bleach solutions, and free chlorine. The multi-layer glass-flake reinforcement greatly impedes the penetration of water and other corrosives making this system extremely long performing.


  • Carboglas 1601 SZ

    Features:

    • Ideal for long-term protection in marine exposure above and below water, including splash zones.
    • Used as a tank lining and for areas exposed to many acids, hypochlorites and free chlorine.

    Carboglas 1601 SZ is an extremely abrasion and chemical resistant polyester coating. Multiple layers of glass flakes are incorporated in a highly cross-linked polyester matrix. The resultant tight film makes this coating extremely long performing.

    Description:

    Carboguard 60 is a high solids, versatile, abrasion resistant, chemical resistant, and corrosion resistant coating. It can be used as a primer, intermediate coat, or self-priming finish over steel or inorganic zinc primers. May be topcoated with itself, or a broad variety of high performance finish coats. This product has excellent wetting properties giving it the capability of going over marginally prepared substrates. It is ideal for maintenance and fabrication shop applications. An optional Glass Flake (GF) additive or micaceous iron oxide (MiO) additive can be purchased separately and may be used to enhance film strength for more abusive applications for severe marine or heavy industrial uses. Consult Technical Service for suitability as a lining or other exposures.

    Carboguard 632 Sealer is a tie-coat specially designed for application on top of metalized steel and inorganic zinc silicate. To be used to avoid pore development in successive coat.

    Description:

    Carboguard 633 is a heavy duty, high build primer or intermediate coating for protection of steel in corrosive environments. Can be used on aluminum and galvanization. Low temperature curing and fast overcoatable.
