    Description:

    A/D Firefilm III is a decorative, fiber free, thin film intumescent coating designed for the fire protection of steelwork for up to a 3 hour fire rating, depending on the design. The recommended use for this product is fireproofing of interior steel beams, columns, tubes, and pipes.

    Description:

    Armorlast I is a high solids, high build inorganic topcoat used to seal and protect inorganic zinc primers. The film exhibits exceptional toughness, high temperature resistance, and is available in a limited assortment of colors. Being inorganic, Armorlast I provides exceptional weatherability and long-term performance. When used as finish over a permanent zinc primer, the system becomes an ultra-long lasting corrosion resistant system.


  • Carboclean Cons 200

    Features:

Well-suited for internal treatment of pipes and piping systems made of metals and plastic-/polyester products. Does not damage paints, plastics, metals, linings or packings.

    The product is a biologically degradable liquid without any hazardous substances. It is approved as a HOCNF Class Yellow product, and can be disposed to drains/sewage systems without containment. Active ingredients are citric acid, phosphoric acid, inhibitor and water. It has a light red colour, sour smell and a pH value of 1,1 til 1,7 with density 1.14 g/cm³.


  • Carboclean Gel 100

    Features:

    Description:

    This extremely durable and chemically resistant cladding utilizes a multi-step curing process that incorporates chemically-fused glass flake reinforcing in a highly cross-linked polyester matrix. The resultant layer is an extremely durable barrier against a variety of exposures including marine, fresh water, salt water, both mineral and organic acids, bleach solutions, and free chlorine. The multi-layer glass-flake reinforcement greatly impedes the penetration of water and other corrosives making this system extremely long performing.


  • Carboglas 1601 SZ

    Description:

    Penetrating primer/sealer for use on concrete substrates and Carboline Pyrocrete Fireproofing products. It performs extremely well in sealing cementitious surfaces and is designed to receive a variety of different generic types of finish coats. Some recommended uses of 1340 include the use as a curing compound or form release agent. When applied to “green” concrete it will retard the escape of moisture during the cure period. It is also excellent for use as a form release coating on plywood or steel forms.

    Description:

    Carboguard 60 is a high solids, versatile, abrasion resistant, chemical resistant, and corrosion resistant coating. It can be used as a primer, intermediate coat, or self-priming finish over steel or inorganic zinc primers. May be topcoated with itself, or a broad variety of high performance finish coats. This product has excellent wetting properties giving it the capability of going over marginally prepared substrates. It is ideal for maintenance and fabrication shop applications. An optional Glass Flake (GF) additive or micaceous iron oxide (MiO) additive can be purchased separately and may be used to enhance film strength for more abusive applications for severe marine or heavy industrial uses.     Description:

    A two-component, high build, anti-corrosive epoxy primer which is especially suitable for application over blast-cleaned steel. Carboguard 819 has robust application characteristics and good anti-corrosive properties over ferrous substrates properties, make it ideal for wide industrial uses. It can be recoated with most polyurethane and acrylic topcoats. As part of a system it meets the requirements for category C5M in accordance to ISO 12944-2 (shot-blasted steel Sa2.5).

    Rustbond NG is a cross-linked penetrating primer/sealer with good wetting properties. It is highly flexible and accepts a variety of topcoats.     Description:

    Highly cross-linked, glass-flake filled polymer that offers exceptional barrier protection and resistance to wet/dry cycling at elevated temperatures. Suitable for insulated or uninsulated pipes, stacks and equipment operating up to 450 °F (232 °C). This coating provides excellent resistance to corrosion, abrasion and permeation, and its novolac-modification resists severe chemical attack. This extreme performance product has decades of performance and is recommended for CS-1,3,4 and SS-1,2,3 systems of NACE SP0198 Standard Practice for coatings to control corrosion under insulation (CUI).

    Description:

    A high performance immersion-grade coating system which has excellent resistance to wet/dry cycling conditions at elevated temperatures. It is typically used on hot steel substrates under insulation operating continuously up to 400°F, 204°C. It has excellent chemical resistance properties to handle the corrosive effects of wet insulation under thermal cycling conditions. This coating is recommended for NACE SP0198 Standard Practice for coatings to control corrosion under insulation (CUI) system numbers CS-1, CS-3, CS-4, SS-1, SS-2, and SS-3.

    Description:

    This is an extreme performance coating for hot, cryogenic and cycling exposures. Thermaline Heat Shield contains a unique blend of plate-like reinforcing pigments fortified with an inert polymeric matrix. This versatile coating is ideal for all piping, vessels and equipment operating from cryogenic conditions up to 650 ºC (1200°F).
